Not Sleepin’ Alone

Settling down for the night,
wishing I was just holding you tight
used to roll to your side of the bed when you were gone.
Now there's someone else here keeping it warm.
guess I'm in the right time right place with the right face,
guess I told them the right sad case.
got one on my left and one on my right
both want to take me home for the night
Cause I'm not sleeping alone anymore
Old habits seem to die hard
Maybe my heart's the one that's been torn
But I'm not sleeping alone anymore.
You threw away what was left of me
now I'm putting it together piece by piece
just wanted a little of your affection
now I'm down here making a new connection.
don't be surprised if I don't answer the phone
when you call tomorrow to come back home.
just leave a message cause I'm hard to reach.
I'll still be crawling underneath my sheets
Cause I'm not sleeping alone anymore
Old habits seem to die hard
Maybe my heart's the one that's been torn
But I'm not sleeping alone anymore.
You have no right to call me a whore
cause baby I'm just settling the score
You know you never slept alone,
so many nights I was left here crying at home.
